By accessing or using the Site, or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place an Order.

Business Identity. WoodenLife (“WoodenLife,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this Site.

- Registration is optional but required for order tracking and returns.
- You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & Orders
- Descriptions & Images. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that colours, finishes, or dimensions shown online exactly match the physical Product.
- Availability. All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason.
- How to Order. Add Products to your cart, complete checkout, and submit payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email (non-binding).
Pricing & Payment
- Currency & Taxes. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. For orders shipping outside the EU (e.g., Morocco), import duties and local taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
- Payment Methods. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards), Wise, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
- Authorization & Fraud Checks. We may pre-authorize your card. We reserve the right to decline or cancel Orders for suspected fraud or payment issues.
Shipping & Delivery
Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
Carriers & Estimates: Europe: 3–7 business days; Morocco: 7–14 business days.
Risk Transfer: Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

- Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery for unused, non-personalized Products.

Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your Account or block your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
- We may cancel any Order prior to shipment for suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
- Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing litigation, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
